Firefly dismal looking meal sparse not much food in a dirty empty tray with bugs, flies ma

Your gaze falls upon the tray of food, a macabre still life in the dim light. A thick, green mold claims the bread, its once-crisp surface now a spongy, repulsive mass. The beans, congealed and discolored, are dotted with tiny black specks that move with disconcerting speed – bugs! A shriveled, blackened cabbage leaf completes the dismal meal.

A wave of nausea threatens to rise in your throat as you lean in closer. The stench that fills your nostrils is a grotesque symphony of decay. Beans and cabbage, even in their prime, are hardly aromatic, but this is an entirely different level of grossness.

Your stomach rumbles a plaintive complaint, a stark reminder of the emptiness within. Despite the revolting appearance of the meal, your body's primal instincts whisper of survival, tempting you to overcome your disgust.

As a wizard, you are almost certain to know some kind of spell that can rejuvenate this meal, but what is the magic word? Can you remember?

The question hangs heavy in the air: will your body be the winner, or will it pay a terrible price for this gamble?
